When Bush starts including Social Security Trust Funds in HIS reckoning of ACTUAL budget deficits, then get back to me.

According to the accounting standards that Bush uses...Clinton ran surpluses...right???

Or are Bush's deficits actually about $300,000,000,000 higher than he's admitting to??
