Bill, I really don't care if you're short or long. I just don't think it's neighborly to use this thread to spam your ideas as egregiously as you have. No one can stop you. I just thought you might see the error in your ways and do the neighborly thing. That's all. It's never too late to rein it in.
You've been on this thread for 20 days and, by your own admission, have used it daily in an attempt to capture the hearts and minds of your 2500 lurkers, regarding your licensing scheme, through incessent repitition. It seems to me that you must have a pretty low opinion of their intellects. Or very little confidence that your ideas will command attention by virtue of their merit. Have a little faith. There are plenty of smart people that will get the idea the first time. Certainly the second. There's no need for a fifth (plus).
And I, too, think some of your ideas are valid and useful. I never stated otherwise.
What's more, in the final analysis, only I and a few others, have stated that we have a problem with your methods, so who knows? Maybe we're in the minority? Personally, I'm just stating my opinion, and trying to do so as succinctly and breifly as possible. Since you've finally addressed the issue, you won't hear anymore about it from me.
