Ed, many years ago I was in Chinese Resturant in Hammond, La. I asked the Cinese waiter: do you have Chinese Jews? Funny ha? LOL I know your really like to convert to Judism. I believe Emil despite his good knowelege is not the right Rabbi. Plus you need to be circumsized, and given your age you need not a surgen, but the neighbourhood butcher with an sharp ax to do the job.
