The only time I can quit smoking is when I have a job that does not permit it or where smoking is banned, such as in my families homes.

Bans will make huge difference in overall health and I am all for it.

As a one-time jogger I could run 9 minute miles. Visited my sons home for 3 weeks with no smoking allowed and swam laps in the pool each day. Returned to CA and ran a few 7 minute miles, but never did it again.

If I stop posting on the Web someday, you can figure out the main reason why.
Wonder if they still include 4 cigarettes in the MRE's, like they once did in C rations? I would guess no.
