I was two packs plus for twenty years. Quit in 74 when I finally believed the TV ads from "old ironjaw," Chuck Connors, and took the Shick treatment. That got me off in a week, and I haven't smoked since. Staight palovian treatment. Works like a charm. I don't know where it is given now outside of the shick shadel hospital in Seattle, but you might call their 800 number and ask. Their main treatment is for alcohol, which I used in 92.
