I don't disagree that it may need reform. I think the thing that is of concern is how much it is going to cost initially and then the sanctity of lack thereof of the stock market. I personally have sustained over a million dollars in losses following the advice of financial advisor's IN the market and other investment tools. There are a lot of con men out there who are willing to give advice. I had always hoped that there was integrity in the government managing my money.. T Bills, Bonds etc.

One suit instituted against a company that defrauded me (and a lot of others and church funds too) is Standard and Poors..Who to trust when money is involved.?
