It is different this time. But I suspect for the vast majority of the investors it wont be perceived fully as different this time for many months. What it means to me is that the O&G cycle wont roll over for years, but we will have periods where near term uncertainty increases and this will be discounted. Presently for a variety of reasons I am betting the near term risks are to the downside, maybe 5-8%. I am confidant PTEN NBR rise 25% from here over the year and OSX crosses 145, but I am also very confidant there will be a large sell off before then.
