Most lawsuits are filed in the same town as the company, which just so happens to be Nevada and Florida. The rationale for jurisdiction, i.e. a point of contact, is the Internet. I've yet to see anyone who tried to get off on jurisdiction not succeed. With the exception of Michael Zwebner, I can't recall any companies refiling lawsuits in other jurisdictions once they are dismissed. - Jeff I suppose you could also throw Ziasun in there
