Ok, say Iran has some nukes, right now. What do you think they would do with them? Keeping in mind that they don't have a delivery system that can take one very far, and that most anything they can build for a while will take a truck to move around. Also keeping in mind that if there was a nuclear explosion in the US or Europe, that both Iran and NK would be instantly wiped off the map, just on general principles. And no one would say a thing. In addition, the mullahs know this. While suicide bombers and their ilk don't bother them much, note that it wasn't the mullahs that cleared minefields by walking through them... They, like most of their type, have a fine appreciation of their own personal skin.
