Ray yes I personally do the annotations after scanning for specific patterns that have measureable objectives. Per OI I have a tough time making ends of that pattern. It looks like an elongated bull flag which did a full retrace. I prefer bull flags that are tight and don't do much of a retracement. Hope that helps...!
