I said they don't pose a threat to us. I have no allusions that the Iranian are our friends. However, I also think that if we went after every country that didn't like us, we would go bankrupt within 5 years or less.

The only reason that they may not currently be a threat to America is capability, and they appear to be attempting to build the capability (nuclear weaponry) to become a threat.

Let say they get nukes and eventually missiles that could travel 10k and hit us...........a number of years in the future. What do you think they will do then?

<Furthermore, their current government is a threat to the American way of life. The Iranian government rules in its own best interest, and not in the interest of its people. It's America's duty to oppose such a system.

Most countries rule in their own best interest.......we are an example of that notion. And many countries in this world pose a threat to the American way of life. So what's new and what makes Iran so special?
