There confromtation with Iran is inevitalbe. Iranians now admit that they need the bomb as a the only deterent. They have crossed the Rubicone.

It will come sooner than later. Iran is trying to decalre itself de facto an atomic power, as in Paokistan, and South Korean case. This will not go down neither with the US nor with Israel, as Iraninas will blackmail the US and the West as soon as they have the bomb, and not only, they will export the tecnology or sell it! An pre-emptive attack is a on the horizon. Not only Iranian nuclear facilities will be attacked but not only. IRGC and MOIS will also be prime targets.
Other Iranian power targets in Tehran and major Iranian cities will be targeted. It will erode the hold to the power of the regime and could to wide-spread unrest in Iran. That could in itself be the end of the begining for the regime. Don't think the Ayatolahs don't know this, they realize that their hold to the power is shakey.

Russains will be only happy to lend a hand in this, as they don't want on their Southeren borders a nuclear power that can spill unrest into Azerbaijan and other republics in Caucasus.

Ed Huang, here is the picture, like or not, Alea Iake Est!

Now lets talk about social justice!
