[So why were you turning to the 'we dare not have pissed off the UN back then' argument??????]

"Only used as an example to show the hypcricy of your side."

But your comment merely served to illustrate your hypocrisy... and the fact that you apparently couldn't find 'my side' on a map even if you had a floodlight and a GPS.

[because you fall back on the 'what would the UN think' argument anytime it pleases you,]

"Read the posts, dolt."

Looks like I did, and YOU didn't.

"I fall back on that for nothing EXCEPT to show the hypcricy (sic) of people who cry about not taking Saddam back then, and say they are against it now."

Since I supported Desert Storm (and regarded the failure to continue the drive on Baghdad as a near-criminally stupid strategic blunder at the very time it was halted), and I also supported our latest Mess-O-Potamian incursion (although with somewhat lesser enthusiasm then I had for Desert Storm, since I calculated the cost/benefits ratio to be much less favorable then in the earlier war and, primarily as a result of the expected cost to our national treasure of some 1/2 Trillion Dollars, a much closer call) it seems fairly clear that you only *imagine* you know what my personal views are --- but, in fact, you do not.
