This sound like an orchestrated effort by Cabot and Zoltek Mgt
to hype the stock up:

August 28: Cabot hot-line predicts a "breakout" in stock.

five days later....

Sept 2: Zoltek CFO says company is "gearing up" to increase
productive capacity in carbon fiber.

What does it mean "gearing up" production???

Shovel the first dirt. Many have commented here on the
lack of useage of their secondary offering funds which translates
into lack of expenditure on new plant and equipment.

Gearing up = just beginning.

Also, is it just coincidence that the Cabot prediction of
a "breakout" is five days before the Zoltek "gearing up"
announcement?? Hmmm????
