Michael, Please tell me what are they protecting. Stockholders are stockholders. I always thought my 3,000 shares were equal to your 3,000 shares. Obviously, they are not. This is crazy, we're not talking about a vote on something. It is my understanding that you will have an option to buy more shares at $3.00 and I can't. Correct? martin
