The terms have been so polluted and misused over the years (& their generally accepted definitions have changed since the founding of our nation) that to have *any chance* at understanding what someone actually MEANS when they use such LOADED, potentially pejoritive terms, you must dig a little deeper and ask more about their ACTUAL views.
