I'm sure TOL will be bullish on their call. After their last earnings call, the insider's sales following the call were IMHO a truer picture of their view of the business than what they said on the conference call.

Kodiak, good post with the links to the Homebuilders. I'm not smart enough to call the month or the week but I do see a major correction to the HB's sometime this year during my put options' life.
