CLB still heading north.

But the other shorts worked out well so far.

BMET short up 1.3% on the day
SNDA short up 4.9% on the day
QQQQ short up 0.2% on the day

Not bad, considering the general markets were down slightly (less than 0.2%).

Volatilities reversed as expected:

$VIX:

$VXN:

TICKs reversed also as expected.

Volume patterns continue to indicate strongly that considerably more downside is in the cards as detailed earlier.

So far, things are working out pretty much as expected, except that I thought we would see a more energetic rally into the big resistance zone overhead. QQQQ was pretty wimpy today, and volume was underwhelming. Today's narrow-range day suggests otherwise, but maybe tomorrow we'll see a run at overhead before resumption of the correction. I would feel much better if we saw QQQQ get flattened as it tried to advance above $38.
