The boycott from all Jews idea is pretty far off the deep end even by the standards of conspiracy theorists. Many Jews are not observant or otherwise don't make a big deal about kosher foods, or they follow the general kosher laws but don't care about rigid certification. Even if they all cared about certification, then they would just be following their religion, not exerting a tax by refusing to eat food that was against their religious tradition. A lot of food packages will also be labeled as Halaal. If the requirements can be reasonably met companies will want to have their products certified as compatible with the religious traditions of as many potential customers as they can. That's just good business.

Also there is plenty of non-kosher food available.

Rabbi Harvey Sentor admitted that Kov K was a "profit-making concern."

Nothing wrong with being a profit-making concern.
