Do you think the rulers of Burma, N. Korea, Congo, Egypt, Libya, Sudan, Nigeria, Argentina, Belarus, Paraguay etc etc etc etc etc serves in the interest of their people? What makes Iran so special in a sea of similar nations?

Not sure what your point is here. If there are many "problematic" governments in the world that is not a reason to do nothing. If you agree that Iranian government is in the category that we can call "in need of outside reform", then efforts should be made to make them change. Just because Sudan is also "in need of outside refor" is no reason to do nothing about Iran.

When did someone not liking us justify attacking them?

Well the justification comes if you can convince yourself that the benefits and costs of "attacking them" outweigh the benefits and costs of doing nothing (or doing something else). I don't know if that is the case with Iran, but if it is (if the planet would be better off if Iran became "the next Iraq"), then we should. If not, we shouldn't.
