So are you saying that it is possible to get subsidy payments for growing tobacco, or not growing tobacco? I wouldn't mind at all if the government paid all the tobacco farmers a tidy sum not to grow any at all, but I doubt the government would do something to please me. It does seem illogical to pay them for growing tobacco, though. Tell me that does not happen?
