Increase the value of gold reserves for accounting purposes. Do an Enron kind of thing.

Not debt relief. It is called: Helping the poor! They are bleeding their hearts for this poverty I'm seeing here. But touch their intellectual property to lower prices of drugs, like Lula is doing, or ask for a cut in farm subsidies to spur trade. Their hearts stop bleeding immediately and get hard as stone.

I've heard it wll before.
