Robert, I know about the "rumor" posted on AOL. The true answer is "kind of". The main guy that was working on it supposedly signed off on it and just needed the approval of his boss, which was supposedly just a formality. However, this whole process was contingent upon ALYD giving them an audited copy of their 2Q financials, which won't officially be the case until you see them show up on Edgar, although I do know ALYD recently sent them the numbers. Therefore, although I can say that the process was definitely not complete when the AOL "rumor" was posted, it certainly may be complete at the current time. I'm sure this will be a topic ALYD will elaborate on at the Cruttenden Roth Conference. However, like I said to Runner, I'm not good at the timing of these things, but if they did make such an annoucement it certainly would be cause for celebration! - Jeff
