Greetings V1 and others, Back from my relaxing So. California trip (if you call taking two small children to Disney, Seaworld and the San Diego Zoo relaxing... ;^) Anyhow, I have re-read the deal and have read the excellent posts by yourself, Jim and others and feel better about the deal. Actually, your analysis of what might happen without a deal was illuminating... this probably _was_ a pretty good thing for GLFD to do. The initial results from these trials will be crucial... we must keep a very close eye on this. John
