KLIC is bugging me (3x) to vote my proxy. I have held them (and others) for many years. It's the usual: ratify the accountant (the only one left in the country!), add somebody to the board (whose interests I'll never know), and a third garden variety item. What weirdness could make them so eager to have me cast my vote? -Alan
