Given the Tortola address, I would think Bob O'Brien is not the guy's real name. However, if not, I'm sure in short order we could figure out who he really is.

Do you feel a threat and need to attack this person? Your post was a good representation of the arguments and strong feelings both ways. Why the seeming need to go after him personally?

I often posted that I want more investigation and regulation by the US in this issue. Certainly, this is something that no fair minded person would oppose.

If, and I say "if," there is a naked shorting scam, expose the bastards, including the hedgies.
