Carol Ashley was a member of the Family Steering Committee. Here's a 20 page letter she sent listing a number of questions that the FSC wanted to have answered. For the most part, the Kean -Zelikow Commission simply ignored these questions.

There was a tremendous amount of work done, largely behind the scenes, by the families of the victims of 9/11. Nothing that any of us have done here on SI is comparable in any way to the extraordinary effort put forth the FSC and certain other individuals and organizations.
