Shanghai's housing bubble is mostly in high-end properties. And who has the power to manipulate the high-end market in Shanghai? Foreign capitals.

Although foreign capitals only account for 5% of all Shanghai real estate investment, but 40% of high-end market are from foreign investment.

That buddy of Andy Xie apparently had not followed Xie's articles closely since Xie has claimed Shanghai housing bubble is going to burst for the last 3 years<g>
