No, there is no bubble in economic housing anywhere in China, which is especially in very very short supply in Shanghai.

And the matter of fact is that Shanghai has basically no cheap/low-end housing market.

I could not wait to see all those foreign/overseas capitalists get huge loss when the bubble bursts<g>, although I think state banks will also get hurt somewhat. Because there are lots of corruptions going on, and some developers illegally borrowed much more from the state banks than the law allowed.
