Yessss! I finished my painting project, my utility room, pantry, late yesterday afternoon. That's why I celebrated too.. <g>.. It took awhile with all the shelves, nooks crannies, etc.. And I didn't work on it steady so it was kind of hanging over my head and the room was all messed up. So I drank wine and started my soup last night because I was happy it was done.. Finished the soup this morning and made heavy, whole wheat bread to go with it. All the while watching the market and making a few bucks to boot. :). Busy, busy... Cooking simple, hearty-type food (nothing gourmet) is another hobby of mine. But now I am going to relax a bit.. :)
No I don't ski much anymore :(.. I used to a lot and was pretty good at it, if I say so myself..:)
It sounds like you will be busy next week with the technique workshop. BTW, what is the class you are taking?
