Rx'ed AGM notice and proxie form by s-mail yesterday. Assume that I am not the first to get the notice, so was wondering what the rest of you have to say about the items to be voted on? I only had time to do a quick read of the info last night. Will have to re-read the material again this evening, but I had mixed emotions after my first read. Thoughts anyone??? Regards, Bob
