It's no surprise to them. When creditors come calling and they don't have assets to pay and when their outflows exceed their inflows, they get sued, harrassed and forced to pursue bankruptcy proceedings.

Now maybe one of the few responsible adults on this thread, I'd like to make sure we don't drive SS into bankruptcy so that my kids won't get the benefit of all the money they will pump into it during their lifetime.
