I would guess John is on the receiving end... Not just yet, but as a 55-year-old retiree, he'll never pay another dime in SS taxes and his eventual SS benefits will never be cut. Future minimum wage workers educated at public schools will help pay the property tax on his key lime plantation. What a really successful program!
