ok I found out on Jan 19 they said 2:1 but when's the date it goes effective? the current price drop is because of the increase in fees? I got a phone call from someone at ebay who wanted to discuss the issue of the higher fees and how they affected me (or might affect me). The interesting thing was for me email was enough. So my immediate thought here was who's paying for all the phone calls to the sellers to reassure them. I guess i'm all in one basket on this as I've held a small meager number of shares now since 1999, as well as occasionally buy & sell on their site.
