I really don't know how many jobs need to be produced in the United States to keep up with population growth. I'll take your word for it. Just remember, the United States is shifting to an older population. This means that the majority of the growth in the U.S. population, is in those older than 55 years old (I believe that there is virtually no growth in the population between the ages of 15 and 45).
