Not just him. The left has LONG made a BIG DEAL of how they are so pro-free-speech and we are the jackbooted Nazis. I'm challenging them: If you are so free speech, why is it you have these LOOOOOOONG ban lists and we get by with little or no banning? Who are you running from? If you are SO right, how can you possibly lose to us in open debate? You should be able to make fools of us. Yet the fact is, the conservative threads generally get by with no bans or a small number of bans and the leftist threads have dozens. SOROS droped his down, jacked it back up, now its down again. SiouxPal and tsig won't budge. You see how it worked with X? "You have me banned from all your threads, yet you are not banned here. If you can win by reason and evidence, you have no need to ban." Now she has mostly dropped her bans. She had the courage to lower the drawbridge and let the world in. She and her threads will be better for it. I'm against banning. I argued to eliminate moderated threads when they built the new site. At the time (things have improved some because of my pressure), the site was largely divided into armed camps isolated from each other and not interacting with each other and not talking to each other because of high walls of bans. This was true in the run-up to the election. The last time this country stopped talking to itself, it was for 4 years of civil war that killed more Americans than all other American wars COMBINED. The regulars on this thread are against bans. I admire them for it. They are ready and willing to take on all comers. And they have proven their ability to do so.
