I've felt for a long that that the US should issue a "Pax Americana" decree that would declare that any country guilty of the use of unconventional weapons would lose their sovernity and be subject to a forcible regime change. How woud we justify any country, including ours, possessing them? Isn't that the ultimate arrogance?
