There is a site on S.I called Computer Learning. It's great for responding to any questions about problems with your computer OR programs. Many of the sophisticated posters there use Mozilla and they can tell you about it..

There is also a FREE VIRUS program that is supposedly excellent. I am due for a renewal of Norton.... which is upsetting as right after I bought my laptop they asked for a renewal and I had only had the computer a month. Evidently it was pre loaded and the computer had sat on the shelves for all that time.
