Besides concerns about MSFT's anti-virus initiative, i suspect SYMC is continuing its dive based on the HP situation. HP acquired Compaq, and the merger of these two large tech companies apparently has not gone well. The history of mergers of large tech companies have not gone well. SYMC and VRTS is the merger of two large tech companies. ergo... biz.yahoo.com
