Keep in mind that the folks in the refugee camps in gaza do not have the same interest in peace because they have little hope and for good reason. Camps have always been a festering sore. On the West Bank, Pals live free or lived free and will savor that. The biggest question is how to give the campers and strippers hope for the future as oppose to the jihadi message of glory in the afterlife. Given a choice folks choose to hang around Earth than to take the leap of faith to the afterlife. These folks need jobs, housing, education. And their misery of course has little to do with israels presence which is de jure fact--it has to do with arab regimes maintaining this sore as a way to deflect their own folks from their real problems. Israel as scapegoat for all this ills of the entire arab world--thats why the camps, thats why no relocation of refugess which has been the case for all other refugees in the world over the last 60 years.
