TLC ( largest ed software company) just received new financing ( last week) and stated that they are looking to purchase small ed software companies. They also stated in a WSJ article 2 weeks ago that they were slow to get into the early childhood area and are now doing so. Put it together and it sounds like they would be a perfect candidate to buy an EDUSF stake. I also believe TLC has a research facility in Israel. As for the stock it seems to be in the right industry att the right time - I think we are in for a move above 10
