I long ago gave up reading to try to improve myself! Although that French women don't get fat book does intrigue me, because it is ultimately about pleasure as well. And I love to read for pure pleasure. It is just that if I read for pleasure that means all my online time and cuddling with Mr. Grainne and the dogs watching tv time is gone, too. What really needs to go is the time at work, which I could totally do without. Then I would have plenty of time to read, but no money to buy books (or dog food). Somehow I thought as I got older that there would be more time, but there is less . . .
