I suspect that the Israelis did the work on their own. No doubt they got some pointers from us on the details of the process, either with government cooperation or not. Didn't Israel get caught spying from us......that's how they got their nukes? Didn't some guy act as an informant and the Israelis put him in jail for 20 years.......he just got out? ted
