Jim, I can hear the screams. Here in Kah-lee-fornia, a proposition was just passed to tax millionaires an extra 1% to fund mental health programs. Very slick, too. Oppose it, and you're both for protecting millionaires and against mental health patients. Nothing really wrong with that proposition by itself, but I can already the special interests lining up. Another percent here, another percent there, and soon some "filthy rich people" (tm. John Fowler) will start reconsidering their residence here.
