Whoa, easy there KG4. Even if an individual has undeniably lied and defrauded others (maybe by distributing a fraudulent 'news article' pumping a particular stock that they hold a position in), that does NOT give you the right to call that a person a liar or a fraud. Attack the message, not the messenger.

SI is a place for everyone, (apparently) even people who distribute fraudulent, plagiarized 'news articles' pumping a stock that they personally hold a position in.

Just check out this five part series:

1) The unsolicited SPRL spam from John Hollen on the Peak Oil board: UNAVAILABLE. Removed from board, presumably by SI Administration.

2) Confronting John Hollen, who broadly distributed a plagiarized, fraudulent pump 'news article' on SPRL:
Message 21019506

3) John Hollen's (non) response, consisting mostly of innuendo and personal attacks, and claiming "The article you referred to was provided to the Boards by one of the other SPRL longs who actually knows the author. If you think it's bogus - that is your problem.":
Message 21019575

4) Confronting John Hollen (again), with incontrovertible proof that the article is indeed a plagiarized fraud:
Message 21020760

5) John Hollen's 2nd (non) response, consisting entirely of personal attacks and innuendo:
