I know all of these "human real estate bubble indicators" well enough to have been invited to their homes and to hear updates from mutual friends, but not well enough to be offering them advice - not that they'd take any, since they're all hyper confident of their schemes. If a writer had invented these stories they'd be rejected as unbelievable. Many living in the heart of the real estate bubble are inventing new forms of insanity. I'm busy talking down builders with the hyper-optimistic delusions of their own. It's like the cocaine trade, except the drug dealers are as euphoric as their buyers. At least the builders pay me for advice. .
