Well, an uncle who lived up the street from me died and left me like half a dozen rolls of it ;)

There is no need to eat it all in one sitting. Put some in the fridge for later. It makes a wonderful casserole......a few onions, some peppers and a couple of potatoes and it will be delish. ;~)
