Budget of city, which still recently was self-sufficient, now it requires grants. Deductions of Komsomol'sk for the boundary budget, and before constituted of the order of seventy percent with respect to
other territories, it is now increased. Furthermore, in connection with the sadly known law about the privilege payments on
the local budget many additional obligations lay, not provide ford with federal and boundary money. Task of our committee - to attain at the boundary level of their
isolation, although the role of petitioners, as with the bitterness it noted chapter, never it was characteristic of the municipal administration and
deputies. But in the present situation city cannot by its own forces fill budget
by such enormous means.
