I did a quick news search and found this recent release: biz.yahoo.com The company launched its first microsatellite, the Cosmic Hot Interstellar Plasma Spectrometer (CHIPS), which it built for the University of California at Berkeley under a NASA contract, in 2003. Boeing and SpaceDev have also agreed to work together to assess the market for near-earth commercial space missions. Benson owns about 29% of SpaceDev; his ex-wife, about 21%.
