I am an idea a minute kind of guy. There are a few guys and gals here who get me to think things through using more logic and less emotion. Neo was important to me in this regard and i am not a neocon. My background in FP is realist or as JFK once coined it and "idealist without illusions". Wilsonians and one worlders always scare me. For me to be valuable the Neocon ideology has to exist side by side with realism. Some neocons dont do that--our Neocon did. If politics is the art of the possible then neoconism needs to implement its lofty goals in places where it matters most and in places where success is more likely. So we had lively private debates on how the admin was doing while defending the Iraq policy against the polemicists on the thread, particularly those with an antibush bias. Mike
